AgenciasHub may collect the following personal data:

• Company data: name of the travel agency, location
• Access data: username and password (encrypted)
• Usage data: information about how you use the platform, activity logs
• Billing data: tax ID (RFC), legal business name, tax domicile (where applicable)

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

Primary purposes (necessary):

• Create and manage your account on the AgenciasHub platform
• Provide the contracted CRM services
• Verify your identity through verification codes sent by email and SMS
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Provide technical support and customer service

Secondary purposes (optional):

• Send promotional information and news about AgenciasHub
• Conduct satisfaction surveys

AgenciasHub may transfer your personal data to third parties only in the following cases:

AgenciasHub will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days.
